The PRIMROSE Register
The PRIMROSE Register: A national prospective observational study in breast cancer patients with central nervous system involvement in the UK. This study is interested in breast cancer patients, male or female over 16 years old with brain metastases in the UK. The primary objective is to report the survival of patients diagnosed with CNS disease secondary to breast cancer. It is a collaboration between the Breast Cancer Trainees Research Collaborative Group and the BNTRC.
Inclusion criteria:

Male or female.

>16 years of age

Histologically and/or cytologically confirmed breast cancer (BC) with central nervous system (CNS) involvement as defined as having one or more of the following:

Metastases to the brain parenchyma

Metastases to the leptomeninges
-
Paraneoplastic Neurological Disorders
